This is a selection of widely recited mantras, not the whole tradition. Follow your own guru’s instruction where it differs.
Brahma muhurta. Brahma muhurta is the last stretch of night before dawn — from about an hour and a half before sunrise until about three quarters of an hour before it, forty-eight minutes in all. Almanacs differ by a few minutes.
